The Camberley Society is a registered charity whose purpose is to raise public awareness of, and interest in, matters affecting an area that is approximately defined by the GU15 post code.

Through the support of its members, currently numbering between three and four hundred, the society is able to apply pressure on various authorities to improve Camberley's facilities and to impose a high standard on new building developments in the town.  It can also urge that measures are taken to preserve buildings of historic and architectural significance.  If you care about Camberley - its past or future - you should join the Society and influence what happens in the town

We're not just concerned about buildings.  We deal with a range of topics, such as road traffic problems, options for Camberley's rail system, chewing gum on the pavements, strategic planning, municipal waste incineration, sustainability, policing, licensing and the construction of the new Atrium centre.
